How are shipping costs calculated?



Our shipping prices are automatically calculated by our courier, Canada Post. These prices vary based on the shipping destination.

 Trackable shipping options are strongly recommended.

 

Why do I have to pay extra fees to receive my package?

Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the shipping invoice. In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before the goods are released from customs. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship in 10-14 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the description (e.g., preorders).

How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, email us at orders@hologram-bay.com. Please include your name & order number and let us know that you’d like to cancel your order.
